| Bright by day and intimate by night, Signatures Restaurant is a relaxed, spacious Manchester restaurant with commanding city views and an open theatre kitchen. Conveniently situated within walking distance of Manchester Piccadilly train station, Signatures Restaurant uses only the finest seasonal ingredients and sources the best local and organic produce available where possible. You can expect the use of free range eggs, corn-fed poultry, grass-fed beef and wild white fish. Seasonal specialities include Highland lamb with creamed haricot blanc and sweet potatoes, or try the wild cod coated in beer batter with chunky chips and mushy peas, followed by the Macdonald Manchester Tart with toasted coconut crème fraiche and plum compote. The master chefs are true professionals, combining high standards with flair and imagination to create classic dishes, full of fresh flavours. Open for breakfast from 06:30 to 10:00 Monday to Friday, and 07:00 to 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday.
Open for dinner from 18:00 to 22:00 Sunday to Thursday, and 17:30 to 22:00 on Friday and Saturday. |
